This is with the assurance that any item delivered directly from Kohs & Company will be thoroughly inspected, tested and I will stand behind any unforeseen issue. If you choose to purchase a Kohs & Company produced model from an auction or other common access website and receive a defective or incomplete model, I cannot help in making such a model complete since the limited spare parts on hand are to be used for warranty service exclusively.
