The tender under-body is totally detailed and incorporates the most advanced features. The water-bottom tender frame has all of the correct cast 'fluting' and contours, the data was taken from original General Steel Casting drawings. The tender trucks are fully equalized and have all of the correct brake rigging detail, the journal boxes are equipped with ball-bearings.
